Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Process transactions and update customer information in CRM systems
- Adhere to quality standards and performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes
- Participate in ongoing training and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions
- Support cross-functional initiatives during peak business periods
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- Minimum 6 months BPO/customer service experience
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal/written)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Customer-centric mindset with empathy and patience
- Basic knowledge of data privacy regulations
