Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
  • Document customer interactions and update account information in the CRM system accurately.
  • Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics, including average handle time and customer satisfaction scores.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of college education or hold a Senior High School diploma.
  • Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to empathize and remain calm under pressure.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a BPO or customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-player attitude.
