Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Document customer interactions and update account information in the CRM system accurately.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert guidance to customers.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics, including average handle time and customer satisfaction scores.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years of college education or hold a Senior High School diploma.
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to empathize and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications.
- Ability to adapt to shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in a BPO or customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-player attitude.
