Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product/service inquiries, complaints, and technical issues
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Meet performance targets including call handling time and satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Fluency in English and Filipino languages
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic computer literacy and CRM system familiarity
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
