Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via voice and chat channels professionally.
- Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering a positive service experience.
- Document customer interactions and update account information accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements.
- Participate in continuous training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Kualifikasi
- Open to high school graduates (old curriculum) or senior high school graduates (new curriculum).
- No prior BPO experience is required; we provide comprehensive paid training.
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
