Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via voice and chat channels professionally.
  • Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints with a focus on first-contact resolution.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering a positive service experience.
  • Document customer interactions and update account information accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements.
  • Participate in continuous training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.

Kualifikasi

  • Open to high school graduates (old curriculum) or senior high school graduates (new curriculum).
  • No prior BPO experience is required; we provide comprehensive paid training.
  • Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
