Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues using effective problem-solving skills.
- Process orders, applications, and service requests accurately within the system.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates in the CRM database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts.
- A positive attitude and a genuine customer-centric mindset.
