Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high volumes of inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Provide accurate and timely troubleshooting assistance to resolve customer issues.
- Process orders, returns, and account adjustments with high attention to detail.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in the company database.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
Kualifikasi
- At least Senior High School graduate or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing software and procedures.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Cebu City.
- Basic technical proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
