Tanggung Jawab

Kualifikasi

  • At least Senior High School graduate or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing software and procedures.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Cebu City.
