Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently while adhering to company scripts and policies.
- Accurately document customer interactions, account details, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Team Leads and other departments to resolve complex escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest process enhancements to the management team.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding call volume, quality scores, and adherence.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and soft skills development.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service or Call Center environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (minimum 40-50 wpm).
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Willingness to work in a rotational shift schedule, including nights and weekends as required.
