Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently while adhering to company scripts and policies.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, account details, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Team Leads and other departments to resolve complex escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest process enhancements to the management team.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding call volume, quality scores, and adherence.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and soft skills development.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service or Call Center environment is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer literacy and typing skills (minimum 40-50 wpm).
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Willingness to work in a rotational shift schedule, including nights and weekends as required.
