Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively by identifying root causes and offering optimal solutions.
- Document customer interactions and account updates accurately in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high service levels.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and communication strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of Senior High School graduate or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
