Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and digital communications with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data confidentiality
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Continuously improve product knowledge and service techniques through training

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students/graduates are encouraged)
- Excellent command of English and Filipino (both written and verbal)
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn new software
- Customer-focused mindset with patience and resilience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
