Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-quality support to healthcare members via voice, email, and chat channels.
  • Analyze and resolve member inquiries regarding plan benefits, eligibility, and claim statuses.
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions within our CRM system.
  • Adhere to HIPAA compliance and strict data privacy standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of complex member concerns.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, handle time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on healthcare policies and system changes.

Kualifikasi

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • At least 1-2 years of college education; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a BPO or Healthcare account is highly preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in basic computer navigation and multitasking across multiple windows.
  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule environment.
  • Strong empathy, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Cebu City.
