Tanggung Jawab
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding insurance policies, services, and general information.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to clients on policy coverage, benefits, and procedural guidelines.
- Assist clients with policy updates, modifications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring all requests are processed efficiently.
- Guide customers through the claims process, addressing initial inquiries and escalating complex cases to senior agents or specialists when necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
- Educate clients on various insurance products and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling where appropriate.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and data privacy standards.
- Strive for first-call resolution and consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance, banking, or financial services industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer inquiries.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven, and onsite environment in Taguig.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
