Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information and troubleshooting assistance to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company database.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to reach individual and team performance metrics.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring a smooth transition for the customer.
Kualifikasi
- Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years of college (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
