  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex user problems
  • Participate in onboarding new users and creating help content
  • Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Empathetic and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and comfortable learning new tools
  • Prior experience in customer service or a tech startup is a plus
  • Available to commit to a full-time internship from July 2026
