As a Customer Success Intern, you'll work closely with our experienced team to support daily operations, address user inquiries, and contribute to initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media channels in a timely and professional manner
- Help identify and escalate recurring issues to improve product and service quality
- Support the team in monitoring customer feedback and generating insights for process improvements
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex user problems
- Participate in onboarding new users and creating help content
- Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Empathetic and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Google Workspace and comfortable learning new tools
- Prior experience in customer service or a tech startup is a plus
- Available to commit to a full-time internship from July 2026
