Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
  • Provide accurate and professional information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly in the internal CRM system to ensure seamless account management.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Meet and exceed performance KPIs, including average handle time (AHT) and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
  • Contribute to team goals by sharing best practices and participating in periodic training sessions.
  • Maintain a positive, professional demeanor even when handling challenging customer situations.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of college education or hold a vocational diploma.
  • Proven experience in a Customer Service, BPO, or Call Center environment is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Must be highly reliable, punctual, and willing to work on shifting schedules.
  • Ability to start immediately or on short notice.
