Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Provide accurate and professional information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in the internal CRM system to ensure seamless account management.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet and exceed performance KPIs, including average handle time (AHT) and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Contribute to team goals by sharing best practices and participating in periodic training sessions.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor even when handling challenging customer situations.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years of college education or hold a vocational diploma.
- Proven experience in a Customer Service, BPO, or Call Center environment is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must be highly reliable, punctual, and willing to work on shifting schedules.
- Ability to start immediately or on short notice.
