Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address complex customer needs
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards
- Continuously improve product knowledge and service skills through ongoing training
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to team success
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for call quality and resolution time
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or college degree (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Excellent communication skills in both written and English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- No previous BPO experience required - training will be provided
- Must be willing to work on-site in Alabang, Metro Manila
