Tanggung Jawab
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues with patience and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide product and service information to customers to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with team members and leads to identify process improvements.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company data privacy and security protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Open to high school graduates and college undergraduates; no prior BPO experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to assist others.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn new skills.
