TTEC, a leading global customer experience (CX) company, is seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Travel Account at our Cainta, Rizal site. This is a full-time, onsite position where you will have the opportunity to work with a renowned travel brand, assisting customers with their travel needs.
As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for travelers, handling inquiries about bookings, itineraries, promotions, and travel policies. You will provide personalized assistance, resolve complaints, and ensure every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. You will report to the team leader and work collaboratively to achieve team goals and deliver outstanding customer experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers regarding travel bookings, cancellations, and changes.
- Provide accurate information about flight schedules, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and travel packages.
- Assist customers with travel documentation, visa requirements, and travel insurance options.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet performance metrics such as average handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality scores.
- Stay updated on travel advisories, destination information, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma; associate or bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a BPO or contact center environment.
- Experience in travel or hospitality account is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willing to work onsite in Cainta, Rizal.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows applications.
