Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding technical products and services, ensuring high first-contact resolution rates.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, product installation, and usage via phone and chat support.
- Maintain a professional, polite, and empathetic demeanor when addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Educate customers on product features and provide step-by-step guidance to solve technical issues.
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the senior technical team when necessary.
- Participate in daily training sessions, team meetings, and quality assurance reviews to continuously improve service standards.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months of experience in a BPO or Customer Service role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the patience to handle challenging customer situations.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting schedules, including night shifts and holidays.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- Willingness to undergo and successfully complete our product and technical training program.
