Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, adhering to company policies and quality assurance standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders to meet individual and team-based KPIs and service level agreements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing knowledge and supporting peers.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and service procedures to ensure accurate information delivery.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college).
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications.
- Ability to adapt to shifting schedules and work in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous BPO experience is an advantage but not required—we provide world-class training!
