Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver world-class customer service via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Analyze and solve customer issues accurately while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the CRM system.
  • Proactively identify and report potential service improvements to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of college or Senior High School graduate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and basic troubleshooting ability.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments.
  • Previous BPO experience is an advantage but not required (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle customer concerns with patience and empathy.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
