Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of empathy, patience, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
  • Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets (e.g., CSAT, AHT, FCR).
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a Senior High School Graduate or College Level.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer navigation skills and proficiency in data entry.
  • Must be willing to work in Iloilo City and on a shifting schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Amenable to working on-site.
