Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions accurately in the company CRM system.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, productivity, and resolution time.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for prompt resolution.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and share best practices with colleagues.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma (Senior High School Graduate) or Associate/College degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required (fresh graduates are welcome!).
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Willingness to work onsite in Taguig City.
- Must be able to start in May to be eligible for the sign-on bonus.
