Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the company CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, productivity, and resolution time.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for prompt resolution.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and share best practices with colleagues.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School Diploma (Senior High School Graduate) or Associate/College degree.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required (fresh graduates are welcome!).
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Taguig City.
  • Must be able to start in May to be eligible for the sign-on bonus.
