Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction (CSAT), average handling time (AHT), and first contact resolution (FCR).
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members and team leaders to improve processes and customer service quality.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and product expertise.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High school diploma or Senior High School graduate (College graduate is a plus).
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
- Can start immediately or within 30 days.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Suite) and typing.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, but primarily enjoys WEEKENDS OFF!
