- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Document all interactions thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and share best practices.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer feedback scores.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first approach.
- Willingness to work onsite in Taguig City.
