Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions and account updates accurately in our internal CRM systems.
  • De-escalate situations professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify recurring customer issues and provide constructive feedback to improve internal processes.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on best practices and service protocols.

Kualifikasi

  • Open to fresh graduates (No BPO experience required).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, customer-first mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously.
  • Must have a stable internet connection for virtual onboarding and training.
  • Highly adaptable and willing to work in shifting schedules if required.
