Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
  • Document customer interactions and account updates accurately in the internal database.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide expert guidance.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team-based key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college (no experience required, but preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting schedules and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Must be willing to work on-site at our Davao facility.
