Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Document customer interactions and account updates accurately in the internal database.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide expert guidance.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Meet and exceed individual and team-based key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college (no experience required, but preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
- Ability to adapt to shifting schedules and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Must be willing to work on-site at our Davao facility.
