Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring first-call resolution and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM database following every interaction.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies, data privacy guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance KPIs regarding quality, attendance, and efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product and process knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates or individuals with previous BPO experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer navigation and typing proficiency.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and commitment to attendance.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Iloilo City.
