Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver world-class customer service via phone, email, and chat support channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and professional efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leaders and peers to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Proactively identify and report recurring customer issues to improve service standards.
- Participate in team huddles and ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School graduate or completed 2 years of college.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple applications.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to thrive in a dayshift schedule with reliable attendance.
- Previous BPO experience is an advantage but not strictly required; we welcome enthusiastic freshers.
