Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver world-class customer service via phone, email, and chat support channels.
  • Resolve customer inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and professional efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and peers to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Proactively identify and report recurring customer issues to improve service standards.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a Senior High School graduate or completed 2 years of college.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple applications.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with high emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to thrive in a dayshift schedule with reliable attendance.
  • Previous BPO experience is an advantage but not strictly required; we welcome enthusiastic freshers.
