Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or supervisors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met holistically.
- Adhere to all company service level agreements and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- High School Graduate or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using computers and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
- Previous experience in a BPO or Customer Service role is a plus.
