Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality technical support and customer service for premium electronics and gadgets.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues reported by users.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical resolutions within the CRM.
- Guide customers through product setup, feature navigation, and preventative maintenance.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Average Handle Time (AHT).
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest product releases, software updates, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (K-12).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge or a strong interest in electronics, computers, and mobile technology.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be comfortable working on-site at UP Technohub, Quezon City.
- Previous experience in a BPO or customer-facing role is an advantage but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
