Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-quality support to customers via inbound/outbound voice calls, email, and live chat channels.
  • Effectively diagnose and resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, or account issues.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Navigate and utilize internal CRM platforms and ticketing systems to document customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Adhere to quality standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and compliance policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and communication best practices.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using live chat software, email clients, and typing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and communicate clearly under pressure.
  • Prior experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment is highly preferred.
  • Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
