Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality support to customers via inbound/outbound voice calls, email, and live chat channels.
- Effectively diagnose and resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, or account issues.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
- Navigate and utilize internal CRM platforms and ticketing systems to document customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure a seamless service experience.
- Adhere to quality standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and compliance policies.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and communication best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using live chat software, email clients, and typing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and communicate clearly under pressure.
- Prior experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment is highly preferred.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
