Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality, real-time support to global customers via LiveChat platforms.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide informed guidance.
- Document customer interactions and feedback systematically within our internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Strive to meet and exceed daily productivity and customer satisfaction KPIs.
- Contribute to improving support processes by providing insights based on user interaction patterns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written) is mandatory; strong grammatical and spelling skills are required.
- Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or live chat support is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with modern chat tools, CRM software, and basic office applications.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts if required by business needs.
