Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-quality, real-time support to global customers via LiveChat platforms.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide informed guidance.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback systematically within our internal CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Strive to meet and exceed daily productivity and customer satisfaction KPIs.
  • Contribute to improving support processes by providing insights based on user interaction patterns.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (written) is mandatory; strong grammatical and spelling skills are required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or live chat support is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with modern chat tools, CRM software, and basic office applications.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts if required by business needs.
