Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound communication with international clients via email, chat, and phone.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional solutions to customer inquiries regarding our services.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and adhere to company guidelines in every interaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback systematically within our internal CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and communication best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service workflows by identifying common pain points.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional language skills are a significant advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously.
- Excellent active listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
