- Provide exceptional customer support in English via phone, email, and chat channels
- Maintain thorough understanding of AML/CFT compliance and sanctions screening procedures
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy while adhering to regulatory standards
- Document all customer interactions and transactions according to compliance protocols
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently

Kualifikasi
- Fluency in English (written and verbal communication)
- Strong understanding of AML/CFT compliance concepts and sanctions screening
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
