Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and account statuses.
  • Document customer interactions and account updates clearly and concisely in the CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues or complex complaints to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, personalized, and proactive support.
  • Adhere to operational standards, KPIs, and quality assurance guidelines set by the program.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and communication best practices.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of college education or hold a Senior High School Diploma.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a BPO or Customer Service environment is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including night shifts and weekends.
