Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information regarding financial products, account status, and transaction queries.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Adhere to strict financial compliance and data security protocols at all times.
- Maintain performance metrics related to call handling time, quality, and attendance.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years of college education or hold a Senior High School diploma.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a BPO or customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to grasp financial concepts quickly.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly proficient in using computer applications and navigating multiple software platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven, fast-paced atmosphere.
