Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries regarding financial accounts with professionalism and accuracy.
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer concerns while strictly adhering to financial security protocols.
- Provide clear, concise information to customers regarding account status, transactions, and banking policies.
- Document customer interactions and account updates in our internal CRM system with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex financial discrepancies effectively.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by meeting quality and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on new financial products, services, and compliance regulations.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a BPO or customer service environment (Financial accounts experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to customer support.
- Proficient computer navigation skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule environment including weekends and holidays.
- High school graduate or college undergraduate/graduate.
- A positive, eager-to-learn attitude with a focus on delivering excellent results.
