Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries regarding financial accounts with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot customer concerns while strictly adhering to financial security protocols.
  • Provide clear, concise information to customers regarding account status, transactions, and banking policies.
  • Document customer interactions and account updates in our internal CRM system with high attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex financial discrepancies effectively.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by meeting quality and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on new financial products, services, and compliance regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a BPO or customer service environment (Financial accounts experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to customer support.
  • Proficient computer navigation skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule environment including weekends and holidays.
  • High school graduate or college undergraduate/graduate.
  • A positive, eager-to-learn attitude with a focus on delivering excellent results.
