Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries regarding financial accounts with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Provide reliable support and resolution to customer concerns regarding financial transactions and account details.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions in our internal CRM systems.
  • Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols required in financial services.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service processes.
  • Stay updated on financial products, services, and compliance policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of college or Senior High School graduate.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a BPO setting (Financial account experience is a significant advantage).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga.
  • Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.
  • Strong sense of integrity and professional ethics.
