Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding financial accounts with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Analyze customer concerns and provide efficient, compliant resolutions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) through proactive communication.
  • Navigate internal databases and CRM tools to update customer records securely.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to ensure all performance metrics are consistently met.
  • Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols required in the financial industry.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while maintaining a seamless customer experience.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of College education or a Senior High School graduate.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially with numerical data.
  • Previous experience in a BPO or financial account is an advantage but not required.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and navigating multiple software systems.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and professional demeanor.
