Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding financial account services with accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide expert guidance to clients to resolve concerns and enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and efficient solutions.
- Adhere to security and compliance protocols for all financial transactions and data handled.
- Collaborate with team leaders and peers to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Document customer interactions accurately within the company database.
- Stay updated on financial products and service policy changes to ensure accurate information delivery.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School graduate or completed college units.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating digital tools.
- Amenable to working on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in a financial or BPO account is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
