  • Handle inbound inquiries regarding financial account services with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients to resolve concerns and enhance the customer experience.

  • Adhere to security and compliance protocols for all financial transactions and data handled.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and peers to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).

Kualifikasi

  • At least a Senior High School graduate or completed college units.

  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating digital tools.
  • Amenable to working on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
