- Provide accurate account information and transaction support
- Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records

Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Basic knowledge of financial terminology and banking processes
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- Proficient with computer systems and customer service software
