Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, or chat regarding financial account inquiries.
- Analyze and resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently to ensure first-call resolution.
- Maintain deep knowledge of financial products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Uphold security protocols and privacy standards regarding sensitive customer financial data.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly within the CRM system for future reference and process improvement.
- Collaborate with team leaders and peers to identify and implement best practices for customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including Quality Assurance and Average Handle Time (AHT) goals.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in a BPO or financial services environment is a significant advantage.
- High school graduate or college undergraduate/graduate with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and multitasking across multiple applications.
- Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic approach to problem-solving.
