Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone and email for international financial accounts.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex account issues, transactional discrepancies, and platform inquiries.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of financial products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Ensure all interactions meet or exceed established Quality Assurance (QA) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) metrics.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and case details within the company's CRM system.
  • Escalate critical technical or security issues to the appropriate departments for swift resolution.
  • Adhere to strict financial compliance standards and data privacy regulations during every interaction.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or call center environment, preferably within a financial account.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a professional tone.
  • Willingness to work a permanent night shift schedule onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig City.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to handle complex financial troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and the ability to multi-task across various software applications.
  • Completed at least two years of college education or possess a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
