Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email regarding food delivery orders.
- Provide real-time updates and resolve issues related to order tracking and delivery status.
- Liaise between customers, restaurant partners, and delivery riders to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and professional support.
- Navigate multiple software systems simultaneously to document customer interactions accurately.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to quality, attendance, and average handling time.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years of college.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer navigation skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous BPO experience is a plus, but motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
