Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries related to food delivery services
- Assist customers with order tracking, payment issues, and delivery concerns
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in call center or food delivery industry
- Excellent communication skills in both English and local dialects
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
