We offer a competitive compensation package starting with a basic salary of up to ₱24,000, plus a guaranteed ₱3,000 monthly allowance. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor real-time transactions and account activities to identify potential fraudulent patterns or suspicious behavior.
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to verify high-risk transactions and provide immediate assistance.
- Handle sensitive inbound inquiries regarding compromised accounts with empathy and professional judgment.
- Document all case investigations and outcomes accurately within the CRM and security databases.
- Collaborate with the internal risk management team to escalate complex fraud cases and improve detection protocols.
- Educate customers on best practices for account security and identity theft prevention.
- Maintain high performance metrics regarding call quality, handling time, and fraud detection accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years in college or a high school graduate with relevant work experience.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO environment, preferably in a financial or technical support account.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and an eagle eye for detail when reviewing data.
- Must be comfortable working a permanent night shift schedule in BGC.
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or escalated situations.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer navigation.
