Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels.
- Provide accurate and consistent information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads and support groups to ensure high service quality and efficiency.
- Participate actively in training sessions, coaching, and performance improvement activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or any college graduate (Fresh Grads are highly encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts and adhere to schedule requirements.
