Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high volumes of customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a professional and helpful demeanor.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve technical or account-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints in our internal database.
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure service quality standards.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics including CSAT, AHT, and quality scores.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service best practices.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 2 years of completed college education (Associate degree or higher preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and connect with customers.
  • Proven ability to navigate computer systems and multi-task effectively under pressure.
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, at our Taguig site.
  • Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment is a distinct advantage.
  • High level of reliability, punctuality, and commitment to personal development.
