Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from members and healthcare providers promptly and professionally.
  • Assist callers with inquiries regarding health plan benefits, eligibility, claims status, and billing statements.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and update account information in the system.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution while adhering to quality standards.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate support channels when necessary.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics including Average Handle Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Quality Assurance (QA) scores.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer experience.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 2 years of experience in a BPO or call center environment is required.
  • Proven experience handling Healthcare accounts (e.g., medical, dental, vision, pharmacy benefits).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup based in Quezon City.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer applications while on a call.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed.
