Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Verify client schedules and confirm on-site personnel presence to guarantee seamless service delivery and high satisfaction levels.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and service issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Logistics, and Field Teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure needs are fully met and identify opportunities for service enhancement.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards while meeting individual and team performance metrics.
  • Proactively identify trends in customer inquiries and collaborate with the team to improve overall service processes.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Service, Call Center, or client-facing role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home-based setup with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Empathy, patience, and a strong customer-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required to meet business needs.
